This website is maintained by Cartae Serviços LTDA, a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 54.245.388/0001-10 and headquartered in João Pessoa, Paraíba, Brazil. Cartae is the controller of the personal data processed through this institutional website.

Data this website collects

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message. We use this data only to understand and respond to your request.

This website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and performance in aggregate, without first-party cookies or identifying individual visitors. The institutional website has no registration, login area, direct sales or first-party tracking cookies.

Cartae may also count clicks on App Store and Google Play badges in aggregate, including product, platform, page, language, CTA position and campaign. This measurement does not use cookies, individual identifiers or the contents of a user's app data.

YouTube videos

On the Paper Boy page, the trailer's YouTube player loads only when you choose to watch it. Until then, the page shows an image hosted by Cartae. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

After you click to watch, your browser connects to Google/YouTube, which may receive your IP address, browser and device information. Privacy-enhanced mode does not prevent all data collection. Google's privacy policy explains how this data is handled: Google Privacy Policy.

Free tools

We count tool starts, completed results and clicks to continue in an app using fixed labels for the tool, product and language. For the gas calculator, we also distinguish whether there is one date, one interval or several intervals. These events contain no names, dates entered, measurements, food descriptions or individual identifiers.

Some tools keep a draft in this browser. You can clear it in the tool or in browser settings. If you choose to share a result or open it in an app, the page explains what that action transfers.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data submitted through the form to answer messages, organize support and keep a minimal record of conversations. The legal basis may be your consent when sending the message, or Cartae's legitimate interest in responding to contacts received through the website.

Retention

Contact messages are retained for as long as needed to provide support, follow up and meet reasonable legal obligations. When no longer needed, they may be deleted or anonymized.

Sharing

Cartae does not sell personal data. Website data may be processed by infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare, hosting and email services, and tools required to operate the website and deliver messages. These providers process data under their own security and privacy obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, confirmation of processing, information about sharing, deletion or anonymization of data, where applicable. To exercise these rights, email contato@cartae.com.br with enough context for us to locate your request.
